Masala Peanuts

Ingredients needed:
Mix the above ingredients in water (slowly add water) and make it a nice paste. Place the above contents in a microwavable plate. Spread them nicely. Microwave the above in high heat for 4 minutes. Flip over the peanuts in between (roughly 2 minutes). Check if the peanuts are good. You can cook an additional minute if you want it crispy. This can be served as a snack for kids. Adults can eat this with chilled beer.
Note: You can also fry them in oil instead of microwave.

- Raw peanuts - 1 cup
- Chana besan flour (kadalai maavu) - 1/4 cup
- Rice flour - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Minced Garlic - 2
- Asafoetida/Hing - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Finely chopped curry leaves (10) (My own addition)
- Fried onions - 2 tsp (my own addition)
- Few broken cashewnuts (10) (my own addition)
